Fundraising Successes

 

Raised more than $650,000 from private foundation grants to renovate buildings for organizational headquarters of Futures Explored, Inc.

Raised funds from private foundations and individual donors to build new school for children with hearing problems (Center for Early Intervention on Deafness).

Raised $126,000 in grants from private foundations to launch new commercial
food service vocational program for adults with developmental disabilities.

Increased donations from direct mail program for a hospital in one year through more aggressive and targeted prospect mailings and increasing the number of mailings sent to existing donors.

Raised $162,000 in grants from private foundations to open a day care program for adults with severe disabilities transitioning out of state hospitals into community residential care.

Won grants from the San Francisco Foundation, Wayne & Gladys Valley Foundation, Safeway Foundation, Thomas J. Long Foundation, Y & H Soda Foundation, and Community Block Grants Program.

Initiated new donor mailing program that netted more than $60,000 in the first year.
